Fantastic location right next to Odori Park and steps from the metro. Quick check-in process and friendly staff who helped with luggage. The room was spacious compared to typical Japanese standards, with a comfortable bed and excellent views of the park. Loved the onsen bath on the rooftop, especially after cold days exploring the city. Breakfast was pretty good with a good variety, though the dining area felt somewhat cramped at times. The hotel lobby had a lovely ambiance, but the public bath area's tap water took a while to adjust to the right temperature.

We really enjoyed being there. The hotel was functional and fairly clean, it had strong wi-fi, its location was magnificent close to Oodori park...

Functional trendy boutique hotel with superbly friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and compact rooms, a beautiful bathroom. Quick breakfast and a great selection of goodies. Centrally positioned to the major sights. Fine experience there.

The location is good very near the Subway, Odori Park, Susukino and other attraction places in the town of Sapporo. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Even their English is not very good, they do their best to help us.
Only size of the room is small but it is to every hotels in Japan.

it made the place super humid. Plus, our room overlooked a nearby building, and it felt a bit claustrophobic. Definitely ask for a park view if you can!

The hotel was across Odori Park, so we got to enjoy the
Beautiful Christmas lights. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants, although not all staff spoke English fluently. The onsen bathroom was a definite treat, especially after long days exploring the city.

I stayed here for four nights to enjoy the famous Snow Festival, and the location couldn't have been better! Being right by Odori Park made it easy to pop in and warm up. The onsen was clean and soothing after a long day out, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of tasty choices. The staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. I loved the convenience of having everything I needed right on the first floor.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location allowed me to access the underground walkway from the station. Plus, the public bath on the roof facing the park was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring!

The curtain couldn't effectively block out sunlight. I also noticed no trash clearing instructions were provided due to the lack of daily cleaning service. The public bath wasn't an onsen but just a regular heated bath, and the small double room was cramped, not allowing the opening of two suitcases. Even in a non-smoking room, the smoke scent from nearby areas crept into the hallways, affecting the overall air quality.

Fantastic location right next to Odori Park.
Unfortunately, the curtains in my room did not effectively block out sunlight, allowing early morning light to seep in. This made for some uncomfortable wake-ups. I noticed there were no instructions for trash clearing since there was no daily cleaning service provided. I also found the public bath area somewhat misleading. It wasn't an onsen as expected but just a regular heated bath.

The location was perfect, right across from the park and close to restaurants and the train station. The lobby smelled great. The public bath was a highlight after our long days, and the staff was helpful with our requests. Make sure to check out the local markets and the iconic TV Tower while you're here!
I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't secure a dinner reservation in advance. It seemed inconsistent since other guests received help with reservations. It was frustrating, especially when we wanted to dine at a popular restaurant nearby.

Just a good pick for a quick break in Sapporo with fantastic value for money. The rooftop onsen was a perfect way to relax after exploring the city. Make sure to request a room facing the park for a nice view.
